Party Information

Celebrate Your Child's Birthday with an epic themed Party for up to 9 year old.
Cost of the party $180.00 for up to 10 children

This price includes 1 hour of party time at the venue with two hosts dressed to match your chosen theme.
(The booking is for a 2 hour slot with 30 mins before and after the party for your setup and cleanup time)
The hosts will lead the children in a dance and a fun activity appropriate for their age and the theme.
They will also assist your child with opening presents, and stay while the children enjoy their food.
They can also assist with cutting the cake if required.

Note:
If you would like to have pace painting it is and extra cost of $5.00 per child.
If you would like to have a longer time for your party there is an extra cost of $40.00 per hour.
If you would like to add extra children to your party there is an extra cost of $18.00 per child.

Terms and conditions

  • Bookings are subject to availability. 

  • There is a 30 min setup time prior to the hosts coming in to take the activities.

  • There is a 1 hour time when the hosts will be there to do activities.

  • There is a 30 min time at the end for the cleanup to take place.

  • There is a non refundable deposit of $50.00 to secure the booking.

  • Parties need to be paid in full 1 week prior to the party day.

  • Once you have filled in the application form we will be in contact with you to confirm the availability of the party date and then send you the party invoice.

  • Any changes/additions to this application form need to be done via email no later than 1 week prior to the party day.

  • Danceworks will provide a table for your food and decorations relating to your chosen theme. 

  • You will need to supply everything else including anything required for your food. 

  • You will need to cleanup once you have finished your party, this includes sweeping the floor (Danceworks will take the themed decorations they put up down). 

  • If cleanup is not completed we will charge an extra $40.00 for cleaning fee.
